Calls to other Yeigo users and instant messaging are free and Yeigo does not charge for these services.

Yeigo credit is required to make calls to people who do not have Yeigo and Yeigo must connect to the network of their service provider. Yeigo credit is also required to send SMS messages for the same reasons. Different destinations require different amounts of credit according to the Yeigo rates.
